About TIM International, Inc.

TIM International, Inc., is the active alumni association of the School of Travel Industry Management (TIM) at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. It was formed in 1968 under the guidance of then Dean Chuck Gee. In March 1973, TIM International, Inc, received its charter of incorporation from the State of Hawaii and was recognized as a non-profit corporation. The association has grown with the TIM School and currently has over 2,200 alumni throughout the world. TIM International has chapters in Hawaii, Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as active groups in many other countries.
TIM International sponsors various events and seminars that provide an opportunity for ongoing professional development and the creation of an alumni network. The association also sponsors a job referral service for members seeking career changes. Many members of TIM International, Inc. become a part of the association to keep in touch with their classmates and become part of an incredible network of alumni. They also join TIM International to contribute back to the TIM School from which they gained a valuable educational foundation to transition into successful careers.
